Our approach, the same for every project
- Your request and the appointmentYou describe your project online (pre-study) or by phone. With your agreement, the adviser calls you back to arrange an appointment at your home.
- The full on-site study, free and with no obligationIn your presence: analysis of your bills and consumption, review of your home and your equipment. If the project makes sense, the adviser presents the partner installer’s detailed offer.
- Time to decideYou can sign at the appointment or take time to think. Once you have agreed, you have the legal 14-day withdrawal period.
- The partner installer’s check visitAfter the withdrawal period, the partner installer visits the site in turn to confirm all the technical points.
- Formalities and any financial aidNecessary permissions (town hall, condominium, grid connection), any financial aid and, if needed, a financing application. If an essential approval is refused, the project is cancelled.
- Installation, checks and after-sales serviceOnce all approvals have been obtained, the works are carried out by a qualified partner installer with ten-year insurance, then checked and commissioned. The partner installer then provides after-sales service under its own guarantees and those of the manufacturers.
Our commitments
- No promise of guaranteed aid, savings or return
- No call without your explicit agreement
- Partner installers selected for their qualifications and insurance
- A contact you can reach throughout your project
Who does what?
Agence IntExt is the brand of an Independent Business Manager (VDI Mandataire). He acts under mandate, in the name and on behalf of the partner companies he represents.
Agence IntExt is an advisory and coordination agency: we analyse your building, explain the solutions, draw up the proposal and follow the project. We do not carry out the installation ourselves.
Each partner installer is an independent company, responsible for its own qualifications, its ten-year insurance and the compliance of its work.
