Protection of your personal data

The information collected on this form is processed by Erick DELAHAIE, the data controller, to call you back about your project. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). No telephone canvassing is carried out without your prior agreement: if you ask to be called back, we call you once, within 5 working days of your request and only about that request. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory; without them we cannot process your request. To be called back, you will need to confirm your request through a confirmation email; the date, time and IP address of your agreement and of your confirmation are kept as proof of your consent (5 years).

Your data is intended only for authorised staff of Erick DELAHAIE and its technical providers (hosting, management tools), who are bound by confidentiality. It is never sold. It is passed to a partner installer only at your request, to carry out your project. It is kept for 36 months from our last exchange.

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal page). To exercise these rights: [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr). Learn more: privacy policy.
