You will receive an email containing a confirmation link. The withdrawal covers your agreement to a telephone callback and to receiving information by email. You can also write to us or call us.

Protection of your personal data

The information collected on this form is processed by Erick DELAHAIE, the data controller, to process your request to withdraw consent. Legal basis: compliance with our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory; without them we cannot process your request. To be called back, you will need to confirm your request through a confirmation email; the date, time and IP address of your agreement and of your confirmation are kept as proof of your consent (5 years).

Your data is intended only for authorised staff of Erick DELAHAIE and its technical providers (hosting, management tools), who are bound by confidentiality. It is never sold. It is passed to a partner installer only at your request, to carry out your project. It is kept for 5 years, as proof of the withdrawal.

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal page).
