A high-performance house starts with its envelope: walls, floors and roof. The building system presented here combines insulation and structure in a single installation, to reduce thermal bridges and improve airtightness. It is aimed at new builds, extensions and some heavy renovation projects.
What the system covers
- Walls: insulating concrete formwork blocks – wall, insulation and airtightness in one go.
- Floors: insulating formwork slabs – upper floors, crawl spaces, roof terraces.
- Roof: self-supporting insulating panels with built-in metal rafters, for all types of covering.
- Swimming pools: insulating blocks to limit heat loss from the pool.
- Passive house: a building system assessed by the Passive House Institute.
Why treat the envelope first?
A very well-insulated building has low heating and cooling needs. The equipment to install (heat pump, air conditioning, solar panels) can then be smaller and better suited. This is the logic we apply to all our projects: reduce needs first, then equip, then produce.
- Fewer thermal bridges: the insulation is continuous around the concrete.
- Airtightness made easier by the design of the blocks and accessories.
- Thermal inertia retained: the concrete stays inside the insulation, useful for summer comfort.
- Simpler installation: several traditional building operations carried out in a single step.
How does your project run?
- Your request and the appointmentYou describe your project online (pre-study) or by phone. With your agreement, the adviser calls you back to arrange an appointment at your home.
- The full on-site study, free and with no obligationIn your presence: study of your project (new build or extension), surface areas, land and suitability of the system. If the project makes sense, the adviser presents the partner installer’s detailed offer.
- Time to decideYou can sign at the appointment or take time to think. Once you have agreed, you have the legal 14-day withdrawal period.
- The partner installer’s check visitAfter the withdrawal period, the partner installer visits the site in turn to confirm all the technical points.
- Formalities and any financial aidBuilding permit or prior declaration depending on your project, manufacturer’s technical study (laying plans and strength calculations), any financial aid and, if needed, a financing application. If an essential approval is refused, the project is cancelled.
- Installation, checks and after-sales serviceOnce all approvals have been obtained, the work is carried out by qualified partner companies with ten-year insurance, with the manufacturer’s technical assistance, then checked with you at handover. The partner installer then provides after-sales service under its own guarantees and those of the manufacturers.
Frequently asked questions
Is this system suitable for renovation?
It is designed above all for new builds and extensions. Each case is studied individually.
Is a building permit needed?
A permit or prior declaration depends on the nature and size of your project. An adviser tells you the steps to expect; the decision rests with your town hall.
Can solar panels be installed on the roof?
The manufacturer states that its roofs are designed to be compatible with most photovoltaic solutions. Feasibility is checked during the study.
Values and performance come from the manufacturer’s documentation. They depend on the site configuration and are confirmed by the study of your project.

Who carries out the installation? Agence IntExt, an Independent Business Manager (VDI Mandataire), advises you, studies your project and coordinates its delivery. The Agency does not carry out the works itself: the installation is entrusted to independent partner installers, selected for their qualifications (RGE, QualiPV, QualiPAC… depending on the solution) and their ten-year (décennale) insurance, so that the installation complies with the standards and regulations in force.
