Data collected
- Via the callback form: project, postcode and commune, first name, email, telephone, time slot.
- Via the “Become a partner” form (businesses): company name, country, registration number, website, size, trades, qualifications, declared insurance, area, contact person’s name, position, email and phone, message. Purpose: studying the application and discussing it with the company (legitimate interest, article 6.1.f). Retention: at most 3 years if not followed up; if a contract is signed, the duration of the relationship then the legal periods.
- Site search: the words you type in the search engine are recorded anonymously (no IP address, identifier or cookie), with the number of results and the date, to improve the site’s content. They are kept for 12 months. Do not enter contact details in this field: they are ignored.
- Technical data: originating page, source of the visit (campaign parameters, only if you have accepted measurement cookies), date and time, IP address and browser type. As proof of your consent to the telephone callback, your full IP address and the date and time of your agreement and of your email confirmation are kept; for form security, the IP address is used in truncated form only.
Purposes and legal bases
- Respond to your pre-study or callback request – pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR).
- Call you back by phone – your consent (article 6.1.a). Note: as telephone prospecting for energy renovation is prohibited, we call you only because you asked us to (separate, unticked box), confirmed by a link received by email. You are called back once, within 5 working days of your request and only about it. You can withdraw your request at any time. On simple request, the proof of your agreement is provided to you free of charge.
- Send you information and advice by email – your consent (article 6.1.a), collected via a separate, optional box.
- Keep proof of your consents and secure the forms – legal obligation and legitimate interest (articles 6.1.c and 6.1.f).
- Improve site content from search terms (anonymous data) – legitimate interest (article 6.1.f).
- Producing cookieless visitor statistics for the site (pages viewed, where visits come from, type of device) – legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f). Your IP address is not recorded and nothing is stored on your device: see the cookie policy.
- Audience measurement and advertising – your consent, via the cookie banner.
Recipients
Your data is intended only for authorised persons at Agence IntExt, depending on their role. It is neither sold nor rented. It is passed to a partner installer only at your request, to carry out your project. It may be processed by our technical providers acting on our instructions.
Retention periods
- Requests that did not lead to a contract: 3 years from the last contact from you.
- Customers: the duration of the contractual relationship, then the applicable legal periods (guarantees, accounting obligations).
- Proof of consent and withdrawal: 5 years.
- Visitor statistics (cookieless): 13 months.

Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Contact details sent through our forms are encrypted in our database and accessible only to authorised persons. Consultations and exports are logged.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. You may also give instructions about what happens to your data after your death.

Telephone canvassing
