Leaks, old pipes, low pressure or the redesign of a wet room: plumbing determines the comfort and durability of the home. We study your needs and have the work carried out by partner companies, consistently with your other projects (bathroom, heating, hot water).

Regulations and good practice

• The works follow the professional rules for sanitary plumbing (French DTU 60.1 and related standards).
• Drains must be connected to the public sewer or to a compliant private sanitation system.

These general rules are confirmed for each project, depending on your home, your commune and the regulations in force at the time of the study.

How does your project work?

1. Your request and the appointmentYou describe your project online (pre-study) or by phone. With your agreement, the adviser calls you back to arrange an appointment at your home.
2. The full on-site study, free and with no obligationIn your presence: review of the existing situation, access constraints and the technical points of the planned works. If the project makes sense, the adviser presents the partner installer’s detailed offer.
3. Time to decideYou can sign at the appointment or take time to think. Once you have agreed, you have the legal 14-day withdrawal period.
4. The partner installer’s check visitAfter the withdrawal period, the partner installer visits the site in turn to confirm all the technical points.
5. Formalities and any financial aidPlanning or condominium permissions if the works require them, any financial aid and, if needed, a financing application. If an essential approval is refused, the project is cancelled.
6. Installation, checks and after-sales serviceOnce all approvals have been obtained, the works are carried out by a qualified partner company with ten-year insurance, then checked with you at handover. The partner installer then provides after-sales service under its own guarantees and those of the manufacturers.

We do not give prices without a visit: every job is different. The main factors that change the quote are:

• The length of the pipework to replace and its accessibility
• The choice of sanitary fittings
• The making-good works (floors, walls, tiling)

Do you handle urgent leaks?

Our projects are studied and planned: for an emergency (major leak, water damage), contact an emergency plumber and your insurer directly.

Can an electric water heater be replaced by a thermodynamic model?

Often, yes, if the location and available space allow it: this is checked during the visit.
